Second Chance Project

The Second Chance Project is an Umbrella of initiatives to help Veterans in the communities throughout the Nation. We seek to inspire others to live a physically active and Mentally resilient life where every they are.
We provide a mobile unit bringing Veterans prospective and experience in the world. These events range from retreats, martial arts exposure and group therapy with peers, life & fitness coaches and a Social Worker that specializes in Behavioral Mental Health.

Second Chance Jiu Jitsu

One of the Projects is exposure to Jiu Jitsu. Being a Martial Art participants will gain discipline, functional movement, fitness, community and better habits to incorporate into their daily lives. This Project has a BJJ Black Belt who is also a Behavioral Mental Health Specialist to work with individuals with disabilities. many people that have done Jiu Jitsu have talked about Jiu Jitsu being their therapy, but in this projects case, this is therapy.
We want everyone to have a safe environment where we can provide self-confidence, resilience and a community to support each other in their journey in life.
